Having a child can sometimes make you want to scream…

…And that’s a REALLY good thing.

One of the best things I learned in the Moms Wear Capes filming is that screaming can be a really powerful way to release negative energy and let stagnation in our hearts go.

That’s right… we think you need a “Mom Tantrum”!

Next time you feel like you’ve had it up to here with your little ones, husband, boss, mother in-law, or elsewise… go to your room – grab your fluffiest pillow – and have a good long scream.

Diana Lane, holistic health practitioner, calls this “scream therapy” and she asks all her clients to do it, at some point.  (She also has people clean the house in lingerie or costume – which is another way to put a positive spin on otherwise negative circumstances, if I’ve ever heard one!)

If you’ve never had a good scream (or if it’s been a while), you’re due for one!

Don’t take out frustration or stagnant emotions on your dog, kids, or husband.  Go to your room right now.  Find that pillow.  And release emotions.  It’s totally natural and beautiful for you to have Mom Tantrums.

Scream Therapy will help ensure they’re directed at a pillow and not an unsuspecting colleague or family member.  (And if your child seems to be edgy – have him do it, too!)
